The leading scorer in the North Central Conference in 1954 despite playing with a broken wrist…  graduated as the Wildkats’ career scoring leader and set their single-game scoring record… helped teams to a 60-19 record and won three regionals under HOF coach Joe Platt…  started 68 consecutive games at Evansville College under HOF coach Arad McCutchan and helped them to their 1st NCAA College Division National Championship as a senior co-captain in 1959 and 3rd place national finish as a junior… a varsity head coach for 17 seasons at Portage, Kokomo Haworth and Castle high schools with two sectionals and a regional championship as part of 185 career wins.
