Guided the Purdue Boilermakers to three Big Ten Titles; seven NCAA tournament appearances; four sweet 16 appearances; two Elite 8 appearances and 1994 Final Four...Three times Big Ten Coach of the Year; overall record at Purdue was 206-68 (.752); Big Ten 120-38 (.759); overall college record is 447-257...began coaching career at Austin Peay; left Austin Peay, Ole Miss, Miami and Purdue as the all-time winningest coach in school history...American Basketball Coach of the year in 1997 prior to becoming the Head Coach of the Seattle Storm of the WNBA in 2000; twice Runner-up for WNBA Coach of the Year; in second season as Head coach of the Indiana Fever led the team to a 22-12 regular season record; a first ever Eastern Conference Championship; and to the 5th game of the WNBA finals.
