Lettered in basketball, football and baseball as Junior and Senior; Junior 14-8, Senior 23-3, 17.9 ppg and 13.7 reb/g, All-Conference; Ranked #1 12 of 18 weeks, team ave 92.3 ppg...Coach, Bill Stearman...at University of Evansville as a Freshman averaged 29.7 ppg (5th in Nation)...started as Sophomore, Junior, Senior...1971 NCAA Div. II National champs and was leading scorer and leading rebounder with 19.7 ppg and 12.6 reb/g; held single game and career FG school record for 19 years...Small College All-American in both basketball and baseball...Member of University of Evansville Hall of Fame...Coach Arad McCutchan...IBL team in Anderson for 2 years...began officiating in 1974, refereed 3 State Finals by age 34, first was the double overtime game of Gary Roosevelt-Plymouth; currently officiating 9 Division I Conferences all over the US - 13 straight Division I NCAA tourneys.
