As a senior for Wm. Henry Harrison High School, Evansville, averaged 16.5 pts/game, career 718 pts, 179 rebounds and 137 assists, won All-City and All-Conference honors, ranked 12th best high school guard in the nation, helped guide the Warriors to 51 consecutive regular season games, three city and conference titles . . . three-year starter for Jacksonville University, in 1970 Jacksonville team advanced to the NCAA National Championship game against John Wooden's UCLA team losing by only 11 points . . . two Academic All-American honors, named to the UPI Little Men's All-American team. Deceased.
