22 Years as Hanover College's Athletic Director and Head of Dept of Physical Education. Served Hanover College at various times as varsity basketball, football and baseball coach...reached mandatory retirement age in '68 but too vigorous to call it quits...moved to Pikeville (KY) College, establishing that school's Dept of Phys Ed, serving as chair for 4 years...highly successful as H. S. coach...in 10 yrs at Wabash, won all 10 sectionals and 2 regionals...moved on to Mishawaka for 6 yrs, winning 1 sectional, defeating John Wooden's South Bend team. Played basketball and football at Depauw.
