Huntington College (1974)

After scoring 1,270 points in his high school career at Union Township, Steve went on to Huntington College where he led the nation in scoring in 1973 and 1974. He was his team's Most Valuable Player all four years at Huntington College. Named an NAIA All-American in 1974, he was inducted into the NAIA Hall of Fame in 1987. Named to the 1990 Silver Anniversary Team, Steve was at that time engaged in farming in Huntington County.
