New Castle resident who spearheaded the campaign for building the new Hall of Fame Museum, is the recipient of the 1997 Farm Bureau Insurance Silver Medallion from the Hall of Fame. Among his honors include the distinguished Alumni Service Award, The Jefferson Award and the Clevenger Award. He was Chairman for the National Board of Trustees of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
