Enjoyed a stellar basketball career in high school, capped by being named to the Indiana All-Star Team, All-Indianapolis City Team and All-Metro Team in 1977...led her team in virtually every statistical category, averaging 16 points and 16 rebounds, while hitting 44% of her field goal attempts...lettered two years at Vincennes University, before going to Western Kentucky University, lettering in basketball for two years and earning a BS Degree...a teacher and coach in the Indianapolis Public School Corporation for more than 18 years...as a reserve coach at Arsenal Tech, teams won three reserve city championships from 1986-1995...2002 Silver Anniversary Team.
