At Indiana Central played 6 on 6 basketball for two years and then the school switched to the modern day rules of 5 on 5, was a "Miss Do Everything," as she earned 12 athletic letters in college. Began her teaching & coaching career at Zionsville High School, took over the basketball program during the 1973-74 season and quickly compiled a record of 67 wins and only 28 losses in six years, took her skills to Clinton Central where she continues to coach and serve as the school's athletic director. Finished the 2002-03 season with a won loss record of 395-183. Named the Lafayette Area Coach of the Year in 1997. Served as Assistant Coach for the Indiana All-Star Team in 1998. Serves on the IHSAA Board of Directors.
